About the Role:
Join Tender Care Learning Academy L as our Lead Infant Teacher and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our youngest learners! We are looking for a passionate and nurturing individual who can create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for infants in Wilmington, DE.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes growth and development.
  • Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
