Key Responsibilities
  • Build a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to foster trust and open communication.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, utilizing established methods such as the DSM-5 criteria.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address each patientโ€™s unique circumstances and goals.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
  • Monitor patient progress through regular evaluations and update treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and refer clients to specialists when needed, facilitating a comprehensive approach to treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily engage with a diverse population of clients, ranging from young adults facing life transitions to families dealing with relational challenges. Qualifications
  • Active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
