Position Summary

The Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the resort while helping create exceptional experiences for guests and associates alike. This position partners closely with the General Manager to drive operational excellence, financial performance, associate engagement, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys mentoring others, solving challenges, and creating a welcoming environment where both guests and team members can thrive.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations and financial performance of the resort.
  • Help achieve departmental budgets while monitoring financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure CRR Hospitality brand standards are consistently maintained throughout the property.
  • Lead by example by delivering exceptional guest service and fostering a culture centered on hospitality.
  • Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable experiences.
  • Support resort administration and assist with operational planning and execution.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
  • Foster a workplace culture built on teamwork, respect, continuous learning, and positivity.
  • Assist in driving revenue growth while operating within established budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, licenses, and operational requirements.
  • Support the development and execution of short- and long-term operational and financial strategies.
  • Help achieve guest satisfaction, occupancy, and revenue goals.
  • Build positive relationships within the local community and represent the resort professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve resort operations and implement innovative ideas that enhance the guest experience.
  • Provide leadership across departments as business needs require.
  • Maintain flexibility to support resort operations during evenings, weekends, holidays, and emergency situations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
