Job description

Lakeview RV Resort is a welcoming destination in beautiful Bluff City, Tennessee, offering guests a relaxing stay with exceptional hospitality and a well-maintained property. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member to join our staff in a dual Front Desk & Housekeeper role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and is passionate about providing outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

In this role, you'll welcome guests, answer phones, make reservations, process payments, respond to guest questions, and assist with daily front desk operations. You'll also help maintain accurate reservation records and communicate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Housekeeping responsibilities include cleaning and preparing cabins, restrooms, laundry facilities, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, restocking supplies, removing trash, and reporting maintenance concerns. You'll help ensure the resort remains clean, comfortable, and inviting for every guest.

Requirements

  • Must pass background check
  • Must have valid driver license
  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers and learning reservation software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Able to stand, bend, lift up to 40 pounds, and work both indoors and outdoors as needed
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Previous hospitality, customer service, or housekeeping experience is a plus
