Kunes Automotive and RV Group is hiring a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. In this front desk role, you'll greet live customers, answer a multi-line phone system, register warranties on newly sold vehicles, and support our sales, service, and parts departments with accurate administrative and clerical work - plus whatever else comes up on a given day. Receptionist Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service
- Greet live customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
- Answer and route a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns with professionalism
- Register warranties for newly sold vehicles
- Enter new vehicle units into inventory and process wholesale unit paperwork
- Perform general administrative and clerical support for sales, service, and parts teams
- Maintain an organized front desk and filing system
- Support multiple departments simultaneously in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned
Receptionist Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer/data entry skills
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy front-office setting
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Prior receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or dealership experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods
