Streamside Parks is focused on acquiring, improving, and operating RV Park Resorts & Campgrounds, primarily throughout the Southeast. With a focus on stable properties with long-term occupants and strategic, desirable locations, we strive to provide solid returns to our investors AND operate campgrounds that delight our residents and campers.

POSITION SUMMARY: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Park Manager to oversee a property in Oregon. The Park Manager is responsible for leadership and oversight of all Park Operations across a high-volume, multi-department property, including guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, food & beverage (as applicable), and retail/gift shop operations. This role serves as the on-site executive operator, ensuring strong financial performance, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent execution of Streamside standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests to ensure a personable and memorable experience.
  • Lead all day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and attractive at all times.
  • Oversee multiple operational areas, including front office, maintenance, housekeeping, culinary/food service offerings, and gift shop/retail operations.
  • Manage the resources and assets of the property, including all buildings, amenities, equipment, and inventory.
  • Maximize the profitability of the park through effective rate management, cost controls, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and manage the operational budget to improve overall financial performance.
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage all park employees, ensuring high standards of professionalism, service, and accountability.
  • Conduct ongoing marketing and sales initiatives in partnership with the corporate marketing team to attract new customers and grow demand.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards across all departments, including food safety (as applicable).
  • Maintain strong communication with district leadership and corporate support teams.

Skill and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and commensurate experience.
  • 5–7 years of progressive property management or hospitality leadership experience; experience in hotels, resorts, multifamily, or RV parks preferred.
  • Experience overseeing multiple departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, or retail operations.
  • You are a true operator and understand the complexities of daily tasks within a multi-department environment.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience preparing, managing, and analyzing operational budgets.
  • Marketing and sales experience is a plus.
  • Efficient in using computer systems with excellent skills in Google Suite and other web-based applications.
  • You have a current driver’s license.

Position Availability: Streamside Parks Management, LLC anticipates adding this property to its growing portfolio. This position is expected to become available upon the successful completion of the acquisition. Any offer of employment and anticipated start date are contingent upon the closing of the transaction.
