Job Summary

Paradise Bay Estates is seeking an experienced, hands-on Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resident-owned manufactured home community. The Park Manager serves as the chief operational leader, responsible for staff leadership, property maintenance, financial oversight, resident relations, and ensuring the community operates efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the community.

• Supervise office staff, maintenance personnel, and outside vendors.

• Manage property maintenance, grounds, facilities, and capital improvement projects.

• Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and assist with financial reporting.

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage employees.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and resolve concerns professionally.

• Ensure compliance with community policies, Florida regulations, and safety standards.

• Attend Board meetings and implement Board policies and directives.

Experience

• 3+ years of management experience in property management, HOA/COOP management, RV or manufactured housing communities, or a similar leadership role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance operations.

• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, staff, and the Board.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software.

• CAM license or knowledge of Florida HOA/COOP statutes is preferred but not required.
