Summary/Objective

The RV Park Associate is responsible for supporting the daily front-line operations of the Ute Mountain Casino Hotel RV Park. This entry-level role provides friendly and efficient customer service to guests, handles reservations and check-ins, processes payments, and ensures the guest area remains clean and welcoming.

Success in this role means delivering a consistent and positive guest experience, managing transactions accurately, and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the RV Park in collaboration with the RV Park Supervisor.

Qualifications
General
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Ute Mountain Ute Gaming Commission Non-Support License (background checks may be required).
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, tone, and guest-service mindset at all time
  • Must pass a drug test.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required

Experience

  • Previous cashier, front desk, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is helpful

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Proficiency with reservation and POS systems
  • Strong communication and basic writing skills for guest records and reports
