The Jenkins Organization is actively pursuing development and acquisition opportunities for self-storage and RV parks across the United States. In addition, TJO provides third-party management services for more than 60 self-storage facilities, overseeing a total of over 4.5 million square feet of self-storage space throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana, serving more than 20,000 customers.

As a Courtesy Patrol, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and its occupants. You will be required to patrol the assigned areas, monitor and report any suspicious activities, and respond to emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and visitors.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
