About the Opportunity

Commonwealth Emergency Physicians (CEP) is an independent, physician-owned emergency medicine group serving Northern Virginia. We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Based at Inova Loudoun Hospital in Leesburg, Virginia, this position offers a stable, supportive environment in a private, democratic group known for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and flexible scheduling.


Position Highlights:

  • Pediatric Hospitalist or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Experience required.
  • Stable, Private, Physician-Owned Group.
  • Nights Position (4p-2a or 5p-3a)
  • 50-60 patients per day (24-hour average). Less than 5% transfer rate 
  • Brand New Inpatient Unit
  • 144 Hours per Month
  • Broad Scope of Practice


Practice Environment

  • Inova Loudoun Hospital (Flagship Site):
  • 50,000 Adult ED & ~20,000 Annual Pediatric ED visits.
  • 26-bed adult ED and 11-bed pediatric ED
  • Level III Trauma Center and Leapfrog Hospital recognition
  • Part of the nationally recognized Inova Health System
  • Epic EMR


Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of Pediatric Hospitalist or Pediatric Emergency Medicine Experience Required
  • Eligible for Virginia medical license


Compensation & Benefits
