As a Direct Support Professional with us, you'll have the chance to make a real impact on the lives of individuals in our community. Your dedication and compassion will help us continue to provide excellent care and support to those who need it most.

As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends!

$18.50 hourly. Regular full-time DSPs typically work 33 hours per week.

***$1000 Sign-On Bonus for all FT DSPs hired in June***

Make a difference as a Direct Support Professional

At PAI, as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll be the friendly face that greets our participants each morning, setting the tone for a day filled with exciting activities and meaningful interactions. From music therapy to arts and crafts, cooking lessons to outings in the community, you'll have the opportunity to engage our participants in a variety of fun and enriching experiences. WORK SCHEDULE

Schedule is 8:30-3:00, Monday through Friday. 33 hours per week, with all full-time benefits.
