Your Daily Contribution & Impact:

  • Repondre aux appels telephoniques des clients pour les assister dans la resolution de leurs problemes.
  • Guider les utilisateurs dans l'installation, la configuration et l'utilisation des produits et services.
  • Documenter les cas de support dans un systeme de gestion des tickets.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes techniques pour resoudre les problemes.

Expertise & Essential Skills:

  • Diplome d'etudes secondaires, diplome en informatique ou experience equivalente.
  • 3 ans et + d'experience en support technique ou service a la clientele.
  • Maitrise de l'anglais et du francais (oral et ecrit).
  • Connaissance des systemes d'exploitation Windows et des reseaux de base.
  • Connaissance Active Directory et Microsoft azure, incluant la gestion des comptes utilisateurs et des groupes.
  • Connaissance en depannage de materiel informatique, y compris les imprimantes, scanners et peripheriques POS (points de vente).
  • Excellentes connaissances pratiques de la suite Microsoft Office.
  • Excellentes competences en communication, ecoute active et empathie.
  • Capacite a travailler sous pression et a gerer plusieurs demandes simultanement.
  • Capacite a apprendre rapidement et a assimiler un volume important de donnees.
  • Sens de l'organisation et aptitude a documenter les echanges clients de maniere claire et concise.
