Your Daily Contribution & Impact:
L'analyste financier - comptabilite generale jouera un role strategique dans le soutien et l'optimisation des operations financieres d'Uni-Select, en fournissant des analyses financieres approfondies et des rapports fiables. Ce poste requiert un professionnel rigoureux et analytique, dote d'une solide expertise en principes comptables US GAAP, en comptabilite generale et en analyse de depenses operationnelles.
Le candidat retenu relevera du Gestionnaire - Finances et Comptabilite, travaillera en etroite collaboration avec l'ensemble de l'equipe financiere et agira comme personne-ressource technique pour le suivi, l'analyse et l'optimisation des depenses operationnelles de l'entreprise. Il/elle soutiendra les equipes operationnelles et la direction en fournissant des analyses financieres precises, des previsions et des recommandations visant a ameliorer la performance et le controle des couts.
- Participer a la comptabilisation et a l'analyse de la performance des magasins corporatifs;
- Participer a la preparation et a l'analyse des ecritures de journal, des conciliations de comptes et des ajustements mensuels;
- Assurer le suivi mensuel des depenses operationnelles (OPEX) vs budget et vs previsions;
- Analyser les ecarts et expliquer les variations (volume, prix, timing, etc.);
- Collaborer avec les differents departements pour assurer une bonne gestion des couts ;
- Participer a la cloture mensuelle au niveau des depenses generales;
- Valider la bonne classification des depenses capitalisation vs depenses operationnelles (CAPEX vs OPEX);
- Participer a la preparation et a l'analyse des ecritures de journal, des conciliations de comptes et des ajustements mensuels;
- Assurer l'integrite et la fiabilite des donnees financieres ;
- Participer a l'amelioration des processus et des outils;
- Collaborer avec les equipes financieres, operationnelles et externes pour garantir l'exactitude et la coherence de l'information;
- Contribuer aux analyses ad hoc et aux projets speciaux.
Expertise & Essential Skills:
- B.A.C. en comptabilite, titre CPA; un atout
- 4 a 5 ans d'experience en comptabilite ou dans des roles connexes ;
- Maitrise des outils d'analyse financiere, des logiciels comptables et de Microsoft Excel ;
- Solides competences en analyse et en resolution de problemes ;
- Attention aux details et haut degre de precision ;
- Capacite a travailler efficacement aussi bien de maniere autonome qu'en equipe ;
- Bilingue (anglais et francais) de preference.
