Assistant(e) infirmier(ère) chef – CHSLD de Cap-Chat
Services SFT est à la recherche de candidatures afin de combler un besoin d’Assistant(e) infirmier(ère) chef au CHSLD de Cap-Chat, CISSS de la Gaspésie.
Titre d’emploi :
- Assistant(e) infirmier(ère) chef (ASI)
Lieu :
- CHSLD de Cap-Chat
Période du mandat :
- Du 30 juin au 30 septembre 2026
Horaire :
- Jour, soir et nuit
- Temps complet (37,5 heures par semaine)
Principales responsabilités :
- Assumer la responsabilité d’un ensemble de soins infirmiers en fonction des besoins biopsychosociaux des usagers
- Évaluer l’état de santé des résidents et assurer le suivi des plans de soins et de traitements infirmiers
- Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités de soins sur l’unité
- Soutenir et accompagner le personnel soignant dans la prestation sécuritaire des soins
- Assurer la qualité, la continuité et la sécurité des services offerts aux résidents
- Participer à l’enseignement auprès des usagers, de leurs proches et du personnel
- Collaborer avec les différents intervenants afin d’optimiser la prise en charge de la clientèle
Exigences :
- Membre en règle de l’OIIQ
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience comme Assistant(e) infirmier(ère) chef en CHSLD
- Expérience significative auprès de la clientèle en CHSLD
- Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, organisation et gestion des priorités
