What you will do -

We have an opportunity for an Associate Litigation Attorney with litigation experience who is interested in joining our Warranty Defense team in our Austin, TX location!

Youโ€™ll be a vital member of our team, with hands-on responsibility for day-to-day case developmentโ€”including handling depositions, engaging directly with clients, collaborating with technical experts, managing critical discovery tasks, writing and arguing motions, managing critical discovery tasks, and working with partners through trial. Youโ€™ll also play a key role in supporting partners on strategic litigation planning, all the way through trial preparation and execution.

Who you are โ€“

Basic Qualifications:

  • JD from accredited law school
  • Active Texas Bar admission
  • 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in product liability or insurance defense.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Liability defense litigation
  • Understanding of current state and federal procedures
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Desire to work closely with others in a team-oriented environment
