Litigation Associate AttorneyAmLaw 100 OpportunityCompensation

$225,000 – $365,000 + Productivity & Merit Bonuses

A premier national law firm is seeking Litigation Associates to join its growing Seattle office.

This opportunity is ideal for attorneys interested in handling sophisticated commercial litigation, product liability, class actions, multidistrict litigation, antitrust matters, government investigations, environmental litigation, and appellate advocacy alongside nationally recognized trial and appellate lawyers.

Ideal Background

2–6 years of litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm or through a federal or state judicial clerkship

• Experience handling complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary duty disputes, shareholder litigation, fraud, and other high-stakes business disputes

• Experience with class actions, multidistrict litigation (MDLs), product liability litigation, antitrust litigation, environmental litigation, or government investigations is a plus

• Experience managing all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, trial preparation, and appeals

• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to independently manage sophisticated litigation matters while maintaining significant client interaction

• Judicial clerkship experience is highly valued

• Excellent academic credentials

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

Washington bar admission required or ability to become admitted
