  • Exercise sound judgment and decision-making authority within established approval limits.
  • Develop and maintain productive relationships with auction partners, repossession forwarders, dealerships, and third-party vendors.
  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and controls designed to mitigate risk and support regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service levels, and recovery performance.
  • Develop, document, maintain, and periodically review department procedures and process documentation.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement training opportunities that enhance employee performance and service quality for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Review and approve employee timecards, PTO requests, and attendance records in accordance with company policy.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of leadership experience leading a remarketing team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Extensive knowledge of remarketing, repossession, collateral liquidation, auction operations, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based business applications.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, auction partners, and repossession forwarders.
  • Experience within auto finance, lending, or asset recovery environments.

Benefits:
