Job Title: Shoe Store Sales Associate 
Location: Greenwood Village, CO 
Job Type: Part Time
Job Summary: 
We are looking for a friendly and client-focused Shoe Store Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and footwear, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to assist clients in finding the perfect pair of shoes and help with foot problems.  
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Greet clients warmly and assist them in selecting shoes that meet their needs.
  • Provide expert advice on fit, style, and comfort.
  • Work with more than one client at a time. 
  • Process sales transactions using the store’s Point of Sale system.
  • Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store policies.
  • Keep the sales floor neat, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
  • Handle client inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by providing exceptional client service.
  • Stay up to date on new shoe trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to listen to client needs and show empathy. 
  • Prior footwear retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
  • Work hours between Monday - Saturday, 11am and 6pm MT.
