An upscale women's and men's retail clothing store is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our store. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management while ensuring alignment with company policies, standards, and objectives.

The primary focus of the Store Manager is to drive the store's commercial success by increasing sales, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about retail, team development, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Regularly tour and manage the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer service and visual presentation.
