Job description

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team of retail sales associates
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track daily figures and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Opening/Closing daily procedures
  • Daily store operations and tasking
  • Maintain great customer service
  • Protecting merchandise with Loss Prevention policies and procedures
