Tired of PT shifts in retail/fast food? Do you like sorting, organizing, and packing household stuff and family treasures? And getting paid to help seniors and families in our community?

Join us at Caring Transitions of Hilton Head, SC a local family and owned small business. We provide senior relocation and estate liquidation services, such as online auctions, and estate sales. With a caring heart and detailed mind, we do our best to alleviate physical and mental burdens of our clients and give back their most valuable treasure - time with loved ones.

When and How Much You’ll Work 

  • Widely available from Monday to Saturday 8am-5pm
  • Part-time hours—no two days or weeks are the same with no guarantee of hours (we strive to best serve our clients and get more work in the pipeline)
  • Typical jobs last 3-6 days, scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance with possibility of change (we'd like the same 2-3 people on a job from beginning to end rather than just random few hours)

What You’ll Do

  • Sorting and organizing everything inside a house
  • Professional packing of household stuff for moving 
  • Unpacking and resettling in the client’s new home  
  • Communicating with coworkers and external partners (such as movers and nursing home staff), clients and their families  
  • Preparing for an online Auction by creating lots, Photograghing, uploading to auction platform, add descriptions
  • Cleaning out homes and coordinating donation and junk hauling/trash pickup

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, move around, and work for long periods of time outside lunch & short breaks
