What You'll Do

  • Manage used vehicle operations and inventory performance
  • Conduct vehicle appraisals, acquisitions, and pricing
  • Oversee reconditioning and merchandising processes
  • Structure and desk deals to maximize profitability
  • Monitor inventory turn rates and wholesale/liquidation activity
  • Support retail sales growth and dealership objectives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and management teams

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years automotive management experience
  • Used car buying/appraising experience preferred, desking a strong plus
  • Strong leadership and dealership operations knowledge
  • Experience with CRM systems and inventory management
  • Results-driven, organized, and self-motivated
  • OEM certifications are a plus
  • Flexible schedule including weekends
  • High School Diploma or GED required
