Job Posting: Porter & Facilities Support Staff - Harley-Davidson

Join our Harley-Davidson Service Department as a Porter & Facilities Support Staff Member and help us keep the shop running smoothly! We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about motorcycles and enjoy working in a hands-on, team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Move, clean, and organize motorcycles in the service area and lot.

Support service advisors and technicians with motorcycle staging and preparation.

Maintain shop and customer area cleanliness and safety.

Assist with loading and unloading motorcycles for service appointments.

Provide exceptional support to the service team and customers.

Perform basic handyman and maintenance tasks such as light repairs, painting, minor plumbing fixes, fixture replacement, and furniture setup

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid motorcycle license required.

Ability to safely operate and maneuver full size pickup truck with a 20-foot trailer.

Prior experience in a dealership or powersports environment preferred.

Ability to safely handle and maneuver motorcycles of various sizes and weights.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Professional, reliable, and customer-service minded.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional evenings.
