Description
DMC is growing, and we are expanding our recruiting team. As a Recruiter at DMC, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring talent across the organization. You will partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to support hiring efforts for a variety of positions while helping shape the future of our recruiting efforts.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact, influence hiring decisions, and take ownership of meaningful recruiting initiatives. From sourcing strategy through offer acceptance, you will have visibility into the full recruiting lifecycle and play an important role in helping DMC continue to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Source, engage, and build pipelines of top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
  • Drive recruiting efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance while providing a high-quality candidate experience
  • Develop job descriptions, interview materials, and recruiting resources
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting documentation in Greenhouse (ATS)
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on campus recruiting efforts as needed

Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to evaluate resumes and qualify candidates for various positions
  • Experience conducting candidate interviews
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using an ATS
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
