Our client is a growing boutique executive search firm that partners with companies to identify and hire exceptional leadership talent. They are seeking an experienced Recruiter who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and helping clients hire great people.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agency recruiting or executive search experience who wants to have a direct impact on growing a business while managing searches from start to finish.


What Youโ€™ll Do

Business Development

  • Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and in-person meetings.
  • Identify companies that could benefit from executive search services and introduce them to our firm.
  • Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Grow existing client accounts by identifying additional hiring needs.
  • Learn each client's business, culture, and hiring goals in order to provide recruiting solutions that meet their needs.


Recruiting & Executive Search

  • Meet with clients to understand their hiring needs and specific qualifications.
  • Develop a recruiting strategy for each search.
  • Research companies and identify professionals with the experience your clients need.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
  • Reach out to candidates, discuss career opportunities, and evaluate their qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews and prepare candidate summaries for clients.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate regularly with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and help guide candidates through the acceptance process.
  • Manage multiple searches while ensuring an outstanding experience for both clients and candidates.


Industry Knowledge

  • Stay informed about hiring trends, compensation, and the talent market within your industries.
  • Build strong networks of candidates and industry professionals.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered recruiting tools, and other technology to improve sourcing, recruiting, and business development efforts.


What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ of recruiting or executive search experience in an agency environment.
  • Experience recruiting executive-level talent.
  • Demonstrated success developing new business and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable making cold calls and developing new client relationships.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches at the same time.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to grow both personally and professionally.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with AI recruiting tools.
