IT FLEX RECRUITER (COMMISSION ONLY)

Contract/Temp Roles | Remote | Monthly Commission | 3+ Month Engagements

  • LinkedIn Recruiter provided
  • Placement Commission: $500–$4,000 per contract start ($2-3K average)
  • +Submission Bonus: $100 for every candidate submitted to client (max 3 submissions per role)
  • 1099 commission paid per contract placement
  • Higher payouts for longer-duration, higher-margin projects
  • Max of 2 recruiters assigned per project
  • Attend one weekly 15-minute virtual meeting (9:00 AM CST)
  • Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to Account Managers

We are seeking experienced recruiters to support contract and temporary hiring across IT, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, and HR. This remote, commission-only role is ideal for self-motivated recruiters who can independently manage recruiting activity while leveraging our tools and platform, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
