EverLine Coatings is a professional asphalt maintenance company specializing in line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and pavement repair. We serve commercial clients across Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod and are committed to delivering high-quality, professional results.
We are growing and looking for experienced team members who can contribute immediately and grow into leadership roles.
Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Line Painter to perform parking lot striping and assist with layout and job execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands the basics of line striping and takes pride in clean, precise work.
Pay

$25 $30/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Operate line striping equipment efficiently and safely
  • Stripe parking lots including stalls, handicap spaces, fire lanes, curbing, and directional markings
  • Assist with layout and measuring for accurate spacing and alignment
  • Maintain high-quality standards (clean, straight, professional lines)
  • Keep equipment and vehicles clean and job-ready
  • Assist with sealcoating, crack filling, and other asphalt services as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures on job sites
Requirements

  • Prior experience in line striping, pavement marking, or asphalt maintenance

  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day
  • Valid drivers license (required)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Preferred

  • Experience with layout and parking lot design
  • Familiarity with ADA markings and spacing
