What You'll Do- As a Crew Lead, you'll be the hands-on leader of your crew, working directly in the field while overseeing projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a small crew of technicians on daily jobs, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring everyone works safely and efficiently
  • Performing and supervising pavement maintenance services such as line striping/painting, crack filling, sealcoating, power washing, minor asphalt repairs, and other related work-always with an eye for superior quality workmanship
  • Operating and maintaining specialized equipment and tools (training provided if needed)
  • Planning job sites, preparing materials, and executing projects to the highest standards
  • Interacting professionally with clients on-site — answering questions, addressing concerns, and representing EverLine with pride
  • Ensuring all work meets safety protocols, quality standards, and deadlines
  • Reporting progress, materials used, and any issues to management
  • Helping train and develop crew members to build a stronger team

This is a working lead role — you'll be actively involved in the physical work while guiding the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in pavement maintenance, line striping, asphalt work, construction, landscaping, or a related hands-on field (preferred but not always required — we value attitude and willingness to learn)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
  • Mechanically inclined with comfort using tools, small machinery, and equipment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
  • Physically fit for outdoor work (lifting, standing, bending, etc.)
