Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Highway Striping Truck Driver with a proven track record operating paint or thermoplastic long-line trucks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate and safe layout and installation of roadway markings on streets and highways while maintaining compliance with all DOT, MUTCD, and company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the striping truck and ensure proper placement of pavement markings on concrete or asphalt roadways.
  • Read and interpret pavement marking plans, drawings, and specifications for accurate installation of thermoplastic, tape, and paint materials.
  • Safely operate and maintain late-model MRL long-line striping equipment.
  • Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance on striping equipment.
  • Maintain all required company and CDL documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and perform work in a professional manner.
