Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour, with an increase to $22.00 per hour after successfully completing a two-week evaluation period demonstrating reliability, strong performance, and mechanical aptitude.

Position Overview

A-Line Striping, Inc. is seeking a reliable, dependable, and mechanically inclined individual to join our pavement marking crew. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of construction experience who takes pride in their work, shows up every day ready to work, and is eager to learn.

This is a hands-on position operating professional pavement marking equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with equipment repairs. No prior line striping experience is required—we will provide training on our specialized equipment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Operate professional line striping and pavement marking equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and assist with diagnosing and repairing equipment.
  • Load, prepare, and maintain equipment and materials for daily operations.
  • Install parking lot striping, ADA markings, arrows, crosswalks, and other pavement markings.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Work as part of a small, owner-operated crew.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of construction experience required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50–90 pounds.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work overtime, evenings, and occasional weekends during the busy season.
  • Reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a small crew are essential.
