We take pride in doing things the right way—serving our customers well, supporting our crews, and building systems that last. We are seeking a Sales Estimator & Project Manager who fits our core values and can own the full lifecycle of a project.

Position Summary

This role combines sales, estimating, and project management into one accountable position. From the first customer conversation through final project closeout, this individual owns the process. The ideal candidate understands construction, communicates confidently with customers, prices work accurately, and ensures a clean handoff and follow-through during production.

  • Meet with customers, review scope, and develop project solutions
  • Read plans, specifications, and perform accurate material takeoffs
  • Prepare estimates and proposals using Excel-based systems
  • Price work accurately and competitively while protecting company margins
  • Manage awarded projects from sale through completion
  • Coordinate internally with production, fabrication, and field leadership
  • Prepare detailed project turnover packages for crews
  • Handle change orders, scope clarifications, and customer communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to sell, estimate, and manage projects
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs (or willingness to learn quickly)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Confident communicator with customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and general computer systems
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience
  • Construction estimating or project management experience
  • Fencing, site work, or similar trade experience
  • Bluebeam or CAD experience
  • Background in customer-facing construction sales
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Performance-based incentives
  • Health insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Long-term growth opportunities within the company
Core Values Fit

This role requires ownership, integrity, and follow-through. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility from start to finish, communicates honestly, serves the team, and strives for continuous improvement. If you value doing what you say you’ll do—and doing it well—you’ll fit here.
