We are a fast-growing pavement maintenance company looking for a hands-on General Manager to run day-to-day field operations. We provide line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, asphalt repairs, sweeping, and snow services.

This role involves managing crews and doing field work when needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily field operations and crews
  • Run projects from start to finish
  • Perform site surveys and take measurements
  • Maintain equipment and prepare materials for jobs
  • Identify additional work while on-site
  • Assist with scheduling and quality control
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or similar trades
  • Ability to lead crews
  • Mechanical skills for equipment upkeep
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work outdoors and lift equipment
  • Flexible schedule during peak season/weather
Preferred:
  • Line striping or sealcoating experience
