Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Set up and stock food items, ingredients, and supplies needed for daily operations.
  • Prepare food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces and other ingredients.
  • Cook food items using a variety of methods, including grilling, frying, sauteing, and baking, according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared consistently and presented according to established standards.

Food Safety & Sanitation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
  • Properly handle, label, and store food in compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces, equipment, and work areas at the end of each shift.
  • Follow all health, safety, and food handling guidelines.

Inventory & Operational Support

  • Assist with inventory checks and monitoring of food supplies.
  • Complete food storage and temperature logs accurately.
