Line cooks will work closely with the Executive Chef and a small kitchen staff.
Ideal applicants will have experience and confidence with line cooking, egg cookery, vegetable preparation, meat butchery, basic charcuterie, and enjoy participating in dish creation.
Loaf Lounge is a fast paced but kind environment. Attention to detail, open mindedness, a love of sandwiches, comfort foods and creativity are necessary characteristics of our ideal fit.
Looking for 30-40 hours per week.
