Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Morning Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and a passion for preparing quality breakfast and lunch dishes. This position is responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals to order, and maintaining cleanliness and organization during the morning shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items according to standardized recipes and guest preferences

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before the shift begins

  • Operate kitchen equipment such as, fryers, ovens, and flat tops

  • Ensure food is prepared to the highest quality standards in terms of taste, presentation, and consistency

  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation practices at all times

  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area throughout the shift, including cleaning stations, equipment, and tools

  • Assist with prep tasks and restocking as needed

  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
