Now Hiring: Leasing Consultant - if you come with strong Customer Service experience we will train you!!

Are you outgoing, organized, and love helping people find their next home? Join our team as a Leasing Consultant and be the friendly face of the community. You will drive leasing, build strong resident relationships, and support daily operations.

What You’ll Do

Leasing and Sales ????✨
• Greet prospective residents and guide them through the leasing process.
• Conduct tours and highlight features and benefits of each apartment.
• Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing.
• Follow up with prospects and track all calls and visits.
• Process applications, collect deposits, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Ensure apartments are ready for move in day.

Resident Experience ????????
• Respond to calls, questions, and concerns with professionalism.
• Coordinate service requests with maintenance and follow up with residents.
• Support renewals and encourage referrals.
• Help plan and host resident events.

Marketing and Outreach ????????
• Participate in outreach marketing and community events.
• Shop competitors and monitor advertising results.
• Assist with signage, flyers, and promotions.

Administrative Support ????????
• Enter leases and data accurately in Yardi.
• Follow company procedures.
• Support the Property Manager as needed.
