Job description

Production Shift Lead to support day-to-day production in our light manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for helping lead the production team, operating and overseeing a light liquid filling line, maintaining product quality, supporting safety procedures, and keeping production running on schedule.


Review the team schedule and help communicate coverage needs when employees are absent, sick, or on vacation.

Participate in brief production meetings, training, and occasional team-building activities.

Familiarity with OSHA safety procedures, PPE, machine safety, and chemical handling is a plus.

Previous forklift experience or forklift certification is a plus.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Ability to give clear, respectful direction to team members

Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for most or all of the shift.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, move, carry, and work around production equipment and materials.

Ability to work safely around fragrance materials, liquid components, packaging supplies, and light manufacturing equipment.


This schedule is Monday-Thursday, 10 hr shifts
