Assembler – Light Production – First Shift – $17.00/hr

 

Location: Tullytown, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $17.00 per hour + overtime pay

SEKO Dosing Systems Corp. is hiring full-time Assemblers for our production team in Tullytown, PA. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply — paid training is provided. This is a first shift, Monday–Friday position with optional overtime opportunities.


Position Summary

The Assembler performs light manufacturing and production assembly of dosing pump systems and related components. This position involves mechanical assembly, quality inspection, product testing, and meeting daily production goals in a clean production environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble mechanical components and finished products
  • Test completed units to ensure quality standards
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks
  • Use small hand tools and light power tools
  • Verify parts and quantities before assembly
  • Maintain an organized and safe workstation
  • Assist with warehouse inventory counts as needed
  • Follow all safety and production procedures
  • Meet production quotas and deadlines


Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Two paid 15-minute breaks
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • Optional overtime during weekdays (based on company needs)
  • Occasional Saturday overtime available (not mandatory)

Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.

  • Work in environments with mild temperature fluctuations and occasional distractions
  • Distinguish between colors and see fine details at close range
  • Maintain good manual dexterity and range of motion
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required


Work Environment

Clean light manufacturing and warehouse production environment with mild temperature variations. Steel-toed footwear required. A/C provided during summer.
