In this role, you will sell staffing services to manufacturing and non manufacturing companies in metroDetroit.

Ideal candidates should be able to:
• Negotiates and closes business deals
• Align with the company's long-term strategic goals
• Identify business opportunities & build customer relationships
• Maintaining in depth knowledge of current market conditions.
• Collaborate with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers.
Qualifications
• Presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Demonstrated success in developing program-level product/services offerings
• Strong background in selling profitable solutions and services
This position offers a competitive base salary (45,00-65,000 depending on previous experience), generous commission structure, as well as Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance.
