Job description

Position Summary

The Warehouse & Operations Utility Associate is a highly flexible, cross-functional role supporting warehouse operations, light manufacturing activities, and showroom operations. This position is designed for adaptability. The associate will shift between picking, packing, shipping, inventory handling, and direct customer support based on daily operational needs. Reliability, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are critical for success.

This role is not confined to a single function on a daily basis. Duties will vary based on workload, staffing, and business demand.

Work schedule: Generally Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 2:00 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day. Some flexibility in schedule may be acceptable.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following duties are representative but not exhaustive:

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations

  • Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracy against documentation
  • Scan incoming and outgoing packages using warehouse systems
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Stage completed orders for customer pickup, showroom pickup, or shipment
  • Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas

Showroom & Customer Support

  • Assist customers in the showroom with product selection and purchases
  • Support uniform fitting for customers when required
  • Enter showroom and house account orders into the system accurately
  • Answer incoming calls and conduct outbound calls related to orders or customer inquiries

General Operations

  • Flex between warehouse, showroom, and operations support as assigned
  • Follow established processes, safety rules, and quality standards
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the management team
