Position Detail
Part of Duke Lifepoint healthcare, FryeCare Physician Network is a hospital-wide, hospital-employed multispecialty group located in Hickory, North Carolina (roughly an hour from Charlotte and Asheville both).  
Team structure
  • Recently transitioned hospital-employed practice
  • Join BC GIs with APP support, with plans to grow
  • Very strong administrative team with parent company, Lifepoint Health, at your back
  • Major servicelines for collaboration, 24/7 hospitalist coverage
Scheduling
  • Full-time position
  • Flexible schedules will be considered
  • Guaranteed OR block time
Practice mix and scope
  • Mix of inpatient procedures and outpatient clinic
  • Bread and butter GI and ERCP
  • Option for advanced procedures
Systems and procedure access
  • Athena EMR
  • Two endoscopy suites in the hospital
  • Outpatient clinic planned to include three endoscopy suites
