Role Information
Location: Twin Lakes | 9840 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, OH 45242
Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours per week I Days

Responsibilities
Ensure security of the entire campus, including parking areas
Maintain fire and emergency procedures and ensure compliance with regulations
Communicate safety and security protocols across the campus
Maintain records, statistics, and incident reports as directed
Investigate incidents and accidents, reporting them to the appropriate departments
Inspect and maintain life safety equipment
Test fire alarms, detection systems, extinguishers, and emergency call systems
Occasionally deliver meals to resident homes
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
CPR/AED/First Aid certification
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
