Job description

Are you looking for a rewarding position, in a family like atmosphere that can provide the flexibility and independence that is not found in call centers? I am looking to add a team member to help me grow my Insurance Agency by assisting our clients with their daily insurance needs.

Customer Service and Sales Representatives work to maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries regarding the company's products or services. They will communicate with internal and external customers about basic underwriting guidelines, policies, and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts. Additionally, Customer Service and Sales Representatives analyze, clarify, and resolve policy and account-related questions. They will also assist clients through the claims process as needed.

We are looking for dedicated, reliable and motivated candidates to assist in the daily servicing of our tenured insurance agency.  

Licensing will be required once position is filled but not required to apply. Agency will assist with training for insurance licensing.

Benefits package available and will be negotiated into salary.
Bonus program is also available.
