Title: Business Analyst (Insurance Retirement products)
Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 6-12 months
Position type: W2 contract

Job Description:
  • 8 to 10+ years industry experience in Retirement advisory, Annuities or Life Insuranceis needed.
  • Knowledge focusing on Defined Contribution Plans including 401k, 403b and other plan types of Understanding of Retirement Plan Process Flows and Administration is needed.
  • Experience with Scrum, waterfall and agile methodologies,
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, process, time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in driving successful meetings, on target and efficiently using resources
  • Experience in navigating ambiguity and indecision towards action
  • Must be familiar with SQL
  • Workout clear career paths for team members to help them grow with regular mentoring, attract and retain top talent keeping long term goals in mind
  • Excellent communication and interpersonnel skills.
  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar
  • Agile experience, certifications (CSM, CSPO) preferred
