Role Description This part-time or full-time Life Insurance Sales Associate role is a hybrid position based in Fresno, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility (You can work remotely from any state) The Life Insurance Sales Associate will educate clients on life insurance options, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate term life insurance solutions aligned with Primerica’s focus on middle-income families. Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients virtually and in person, explaining policy features and benefits in clear terms, completing applications, and guiding clients through underwriting and enrollment processes. The role involves following up on leads, and collaborating with other representatives to support broader financial solutions when appropriate. Associates are expected to adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards while delivering a professional, client-centered experience. Associates will not be privded with a market. We will grow your business starting with your market, and for some, using social media.

Qualifications

  • Strong client service and communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal communication, and the ability to explain complex financial concepts in accessible language. All you need to be is coachable.
  • Sales and business development capabilities, such as prospecting, relationship building, and goal-oriented follow-up with leads and existing clients.
  • Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate recordkeeping, time management, and attention to detail in documentation and compliance.
  • Basic ability to learn and adhere to industry regulations and product guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment in Fresno, CA, including both in-person client meetings and remote work using digital tools.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and respect for confidentiality in handling client information.
  • State life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one with company guidance and training).
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services may be beneficial but not required; ongoing training and development are provided.
