As an Insurance Agent Trainee, you will:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building

  • Conduct consultations to uncover client needs and craft tailored coverage suggestions

  • Sell and cross-sell products like Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance

  • Build lasting client relationships with proactive service and regular check-ins

  • Stay updated on product changes, compliance, and underwriting
