  • Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing adjustment of individualized ABA therapy programs for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
  • Conduct assessments and contribute to data-driven treatment planning
  • Collect, review, and analyze client data to support clinical decision-making and measure progress
  • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under BCBA supervision
  • Partner with families to communicate progress, provide caregiver support, and reinforce treatment goals
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leaders, and operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and clinic initiatives

Required Skills
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
  • Eligible to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing Board
  • Planning to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) examination within 3 months of starting employment
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all state licensing and certification requirements
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based treatment practices
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
