Description

SAIC is seeking experienced Program Coordinator to support the Space Development Agency (SDA) Tranche 3 Program Integration (T3PI) program. This position requires an active TS/SCI security clearance. Desired physical location is in the Chantilly, VA area.  

SAIC will be overseeing the Systems Engineering and Integration of the Tranche 3 constellation, which includes hundreds of satellites accomplishing multiple mission areas including missile warning, tracking and defense and tactical communications to warfighters.  We will work with the SDA, end users, space vehicle contractors, and ground segment contractors to ensure the architecture, requirements, implementation, integration and testing are executed successfully. Consistent with the SDA’s approach, the program will be fast-paced, dynamic, highly exciting and uniquely rewarding for the right candidate.


The T3 Program Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Manage end-to-end process for CDRL and artifact reviews across Government, Contractor, and FFRDC teams; includes coordinating reviews, managing associated document libraries and confluence pages, developing and consolidating Comment Resolution Matrices (CRMs), and tracking actions/comments to closure
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate across multiple Government and Contractor organizations 
  • Create and manage dashboards and metrics that provide status and insight on key program processes and progress
  • Tracks and reports on status of action items, Giver/Receivers, and other key program processes that may include design compliance, verification, cybersecurity, and key IMS dates
  • Identifies and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Creates and manages Confluence sites, SharePoint libraries, dashboards and tools to facilitate processes
  • Maintains organized and accurate records 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience; Masters and seven (7) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience (additional professional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree)
  • A high degree of proficiency in creating and managing data in SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Excellent attention to detail & organization 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead coordination activities and communicate across multiple teams or organizations
  • Experienced with fast-paced, space or ground system programs
  • Experience in Agile methods for program management or software development
