Here Is What You Will Do The University Library is seeking to hire a Library Associate II on a full-time basis at our Clarkston campus. The scope of the responsibilities will include these essential duties but is not limited to the following: Deliver prompt, high-quality support by addressing and resolving user inquiries and issues. Monitor and respond to departmental communications, escalating issues when appropriate. Complete assigned and self-selected training and workshops on the use of library systems, including updates and changes in workflows, functions, and procedures. Perform data entry, reporting, and record management. Communicate updates, issues, and concerns promptly in accordance with procedures. Assists with collecting, organizing, and maintaining departmental data to support operations and decision-making. Assist as needed in departmental projects and specialized initiatives.
