Working as a Digital Workplace & Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, congifuring, and supporting Arc GLOW's collabotation and productivity playforms to include content management sites, document libraries, workflow automation, forms, and integrations.

Digital Workplace & Automation Specialist Responsibilities:
  • Create and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and permissions.
  • Assist with content organization and governance in SharePoint.
  • Build and support simple PowerApps and Power Automate flows for business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows.
  • Import/export data between M365 and other systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Skills Required:
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Understanding of data formats (CSV, JSON) and basic API concepts.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in cloud and automation technologies.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of IT experience or relevant internship.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications (PL-900) preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to PowerShell scripting and data migration projects is a plus.
  • Valid NYS driver's license with a safe driving record per agency policy
