To thrive as a Library Digitization Assistant, you typically need attention to detail, basic library science knowledge, and experience with handling archival materials, often supported by a relevant degree or coursework. Familiarity with digital imaging equipment, content management systems, and metadata standards like Dublin Core is important, as well as experience using scanners and image editing software.
