Job description

Overview
Administrative support position responsible for creating a positive environment and ensuring smooth operations of the front office. The position provides secretarial and administrative support to the administration and communicates information to students, parents, staff, and/or other entities.
Employment Schedule: 12-months, full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
Essential functions of the position may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Attend to parents, students, staff, and visitors, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
  • Perform office tasks such as sorting mail, operating the copy machine, serving as telephone receptionist and others
  • Work on small projects as assigned.
  • Manage large amounts of data, research and interpret records, detect errors, and make the necessary corrections.
  • Look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Develops processes that promote organization and attention to detail to effectively prioritize multiple assignments
  • Other duties as directed by the principal
